To prepare you for your arrival and make us easy to find, please see the information below.
We are now located in the Urban Equity building.
-Access to the office is through the back of the building.
-Please park in reserved parking spots near the back door.
When you enter the building you will be greeted by hospitality from the Urban Equity Centre. Please have a seat and your counsellor will be with you shortly.
We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes early for your appointment due to the limited space in the waiting room. Should you need to access a restroom, there are several available and the receptionist can direct you easily. Our facility is wheelchair accessible.
****Note****
Currently, Monroe Ave N is under construction, as such access to the parking lot is half a block east of University Dr (on Elliott Street) with signage that reads "business access". Our surrounding streets have 2 hour parking, so this is also an option if you find accessing parking difficult.
